Creekside was the vision of Hopewell Residential Communities, it is made up of 480 homes on 120 acres. This community was concieved with respect for nature and history. We have some amazing grasslands, an extensive pathway system and the beautiful West Nose Creek. At one end of the Community we have a “Buffalo Rubbing Stone” that has become a community meeting place and at the other end we have A bronze statue cast in 2004. It is of a family of geese exiting the creek.

We are also very lucky to boast an extensive commercial development . Creekside Shopping Center is just on the other side of West Nose Creek, walking distance for most residents.

Evanston is built with the idea of bringing neighbours together. It is offering the residents 21st century living with a small town feel. There are parks, pathways and ponds. Evanston will continue to grow in the future. It is currently in phase 14 and there are many more phases to come.

Breaking ground on a new commerical area has started, which will offer residents retail shops, restaurants and many more essential amenities. Evanston is perfectly located to take advantage of nearby golf courses and sports facilities. Evanston is a a unique community filled with community spirit and tradition.
